Every customer who enrolls in a Pristine recurring residential or commercial protection plan receives a five year lock on the recurring service price stated in the signed agreement.
New customer fairness
If we publicly offer the same plan, property tier, and service scope at a lower standard recurring price, you may request that lower recurring rate for the rest of your lock period.
No surprise repricing
We will not quietly raise your rate because time passed, costs changed, or a lower offer was created to attract a new customer.
Changes require your approval
A different price may apply only when you request added coverage, change plans, move properties, materially change the service scope, or restart after cancellation. We explain and document the change before it begins.
What the guarantee covers
The recurring service charge in your written agreement for the enrolled property, plan, property size tier, covered pests, and service scope.
What is separate
Optional add ons, one time specialty work, customer requested upgrades, taxes or government charges, and work outside the agreed property or scope are priced separately and require approval.
If a billing error occurs
Contact Pristine Pest Control. We will review the account and correct any verified increase that conflicts with this guarantee.
The signed service agreement identifies the covered plan, property, recurring price, effective date, and service scope. Promotional initial service discounts and temporary incentives are separate from the locked recurring service price.
